摘要
1LB19是专用设备重要零部件,在其装配至专用设备之前,需要对其进行试验考核,经考核合格后装配出厂,在对其进行试验考核前,需将定量的润滑油注入其中,以进行试验考核。润滑油在注入前需进行真空除气,注入过程中需控制注油量,针对润滑油真空除气及定量控制的要求,研制出一台基于计量泵、胶阀、三轴机械平台、真空泵组成的可实现真空除气、定量注油的自动注油装置,本文主要介绍自动注油装置的研制过程及工作原理,并对自动注油装置的注油工艺过程及实际应用效果进行实验验证及效果分析。
1LB19 is an important component of special equipment,before it is assembled to special equipment,it needs to be tested assessment,after passing the examination assembly factory tested prior to their assessment needs to be quantified into which oil to be tested assessment.Before injeting lubricant oil required wacuum degassing,the injection process to be controlled fuel injection,for lubricating vacuum degassing and quantitative control requirements,developed a automatic oiling device that based on metering pump,dispensing valve,three-axis mechanical platform,vacuum pumps and other components which can achievable vacuum degassing and quantitative oiling.This paper describes the development process and work principle of automatic oiling device,take experimental verification to the process of automatic oiling system and also analysis and evaluate its pratical applications.
