连锁快餐企业的网上订单分配模型

摘要
本文综述了餐饮外卖订单、供应商选择、订单分配等方面的研究进展。针对连锁快餐企业订单的特殊性,建立了考虑总成本、总配送时间、总缺陷率和总生产能力利用率的多目标优化模型,应用模糊折衷规划将多目标模型转化为单目标0-1整数非线性规划模型(INLP),优化目标的权重由相对比较法来确定。通过安徽省某公司的5家连锁快餐店的实例分析,验证了所提评价方法的有效性和实用性,并依据评价结果给出了对连锁快餐企业订单分配的合理化建议,对快餐行业的经营活动具有一定的指导作用。
In this paper,the restaurant takeout orders,supplier selection,research progress of order distribution are reviewed.According to the particularity of fast-food business orders,considering the total cost,total distribution time,total defect rate and total production capacity utilization rate of the multi-objective optimization model,using fuzzy compromise programming,the multi-objective model is transformed into a single objective 0-1 integer nonlinear programming model(INLP),weight optimization goal is determined by the relative comparison method.Through the example of the 5 fast-food chain of a company in Anhui province is analyzed,verifying the validity and practicability of the proposed method,based on the evaluation results,some suggestions are given on the order distribution of the fast food chain enterprises which has a guiding role in the business activity of fast food industry.
