两厢车尾门系统耐振动异响的计算研究

摘要
为解决两厢车尾门在颠簸路面的振动异响问题,本文对尾门系统建立了耐振动异响的数学模型与计算方法,通过CAE仿真确定了某车型尾门的振动加速度目标值,并通过压缩试验机测试获得了尾门密封条与缓冲块等尾门附件的力学性能曲线。采用理论计算对该车辆尾门系统支撑力矩进行目标分解,解决了该车型尾门的振动异响问题。
In order to solve the problem of the vibration noise of the tail door,the mathematical model and calculation method for the tail door are established.The target value of vibration acceleration of one tail door is determined by CAE simulation,and mechanical performance curves of the seal and the buffer block are obtained by the compression testing machine.The theoretical calculation is used to decompose the supporting moment of the tail door,and the problem of vibration noise of the tail door is solved finally.
