摘要
本文使用面压纸进行面压性能试验,研究发动机密封垫的密封性能,发现垫片密封不良,并针对密封不良现象,提出可行性的改进措施。经过面压试验验证可以满足设计要求,减少垫片开发周期,节约动力总成的考核成本。
To research the sealing performance of gasket,the surface pressure performance test hy the Prescale was performed on the engine and the failure of the gasket was founded.The improved surface of the engine was applied.The result of sealing performance test satisfied the requirement of the sealing.By the Prescale test,reduce the time of the gasket development and save the cost of the engine.
