可用于光动态治疗的刺激响应性层状含碲高分子膜

摘要
得益于其超灵敏的氧化还原性,含碲分子作为刺激响应性材料已经在生物医用方面有着广泛的应用。我们采用层层组装含碲高分子、光敏剂和聚苯乙烯磺酸钠的方式制备了一种光响应性的聚电解质多层膜。多层膜中的光敏剂在可见光的照射下能激发水中的三线态氧转化成单线态的氧,单线态氧不仅在光动态治疗中起到重要作用,而且能够氧化功能化膜中的含碲胶束,引起胶束两亲性的变化,从而实现了对膜中运载体的可控释放。基于以上特点,这一工作为化学治疗和光动态治疗联用提供了新的途径。
A tellurium-containing photoresponsive polyelectrolyte multilayer film was fabricated by layer-by-layer assembly of tellurium-containing polymer, photosensitizer and poly(styrene sulfonate). The resulting films were explored by UV/Vis spectroscopy, XPS, EPR, and Fluorescence spectroscopy. Under the irradiation of visible light, the film showed obvious cytotoxicity. The generated singlet-oxygen not only plays an important role in photodynamic therapy, but also oxidizes the tellurium-containing micelles, which would induce the controlled release of cargo loaded in the film. These properties ensured the film could be used for cargo loading and controlled release, which could combine photodynamic therapy and chemotherapy.
