全氟化合物在岷江流域水相中的污染特征及健康风险评价

摘要
本研究采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)分析了四川省岷江流域(都江堰、新津、彭山、乐山和宜宾)水环境中17种全氟化合物(PFASs)的浓度水平,本实验氟化合物的回收率在70%-120%,实验方法和检测系统良好。结果表明,岷江流域的干流水中,PFASs总浓度范围为6.57~249.59 ng/L,其中,全氟丁酸(PFBA)、全氟辛酸(PFOA)、全氟丁基磺酸(PFBS)、全氟己酸(PFHx A)是主要污染物,有机氟工业废气和废水的排放是导致水环境中有机氟污染的首要原因。本文采用暴露风险评价方法,计算出饮用水的暴露风险指数,进行健康风险评价。结果表明成都市饮用水中全氟化合物的浓度均未达到对人体健康具有风险的水平。
