门诊西药房药品管理与发放差错的调查分析

摘要
目的:分析研讨门诊西药房药品管理与发放差错的调查状况。方法:我院门诊西药房在2015年9月至2016年10月期间实施数字化药品管理(研究组),将我院门诊西药房在2014年7月至2015年8月期间未实施数字化药品管理状况也纳入到讨论中(对照组),将两个阶段门诊西药房药品管理状况进行对比研讨。结果:对比两个阶段药品发放差错率,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:门诊西药房中采用数字化方式进行药品管理,可提升药房各工作人员的工作效率,账实符合率得到改善。
Objective:To analyze the investigation of drug management and distribution errors in outpatient western medicine pharmacy.Methods:The outpatient western medicine pharmacy in our hospital from September 2015 to October 2016 was implemented during the Digital Drug Administration(Study Group),which did not implement digital drug management status during the period from July 2014 to August 2015 Also included in the discussion(control group),the two stages of outpatient western medicine pharmacy management status of comparative study.Results:The error rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The use of digital medicine in the outpatient western medicine room can improve the working efficiency of the staff of the pharmacy and improve the compliance rate.
