摘要
中央一号文件的印发,给我给水利工程建设带来了前所未有的机遇。但是我国的小型水利工程建设却存在着这样和那样的问题。本文通过对影响小型水利建设质量问题的因素,小型水利工程建设问题的深入分析,并针对这些问题提出了解决问题的相关对策。
The central one of the documents issued,give me water conservancy project construction has brought unprecedented opportunities.But Chinas small water conservancy construction is the existence of such and such problems.In this paper,through the analysis of the factors affecting the quality of small-scale water conservancy construction,the construction of small-scale water conservancy project in-depth analysis,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems.
