某车型背门外板冲压工艺分析

摘要
本文利用Autofom软件,对背门外板的冲压成形过程进行仿真分析;研究坯料尺寸、润滑系数、拉延筋阻力系数对零件可成形性的影响,通过优化设计,使得工艺参数的设定满足零件冲压要求。利用CAE的分析结果对产品的调模试制进行指导,提高了产品的工艺可行性和生产效率,缩短了产品的开发周期。通过离线式应变测量方法对冲压成形后零件的应变进行测试分析,确保零件成形危险位置的安全裕度在合理范围内。
In this paper,the stamping process for automotive rear door outer plate was simulated and analyzed with Autoform software;and the effects of blank size,lubrication and drawbead drag coefficient to formability were investigated,then the set of the process parameters meet the requirement of the stamping.The feasibility of the process and efficiency of products were improved by the results of the CAE,and the product development cycles are reduced.The strain of the molded parts was analyzed with the offline strain measurement method,which ensure that the safety margin of the parts hazardous location was within reasonable limits.
