摘要
本文详细阐述了汽车整车装配过程中螺栓连接的工作原理、力矩保证的重要性以及装配过程中影响螺栓力矩的因素,对螺栓连接方式下的工艺目标力矩值和过程检验力矩值的确定提出了建议,同时对动态扭矩和静态扭矩的优缺点做了对比分析,对同行业的螺栓连接力矩控制具有可参考性。
this paper expounds the working principle of bolt connection、 the importance of torque correction and the factors that influence the bolt torque in the process of vehicle assembly,propose suggestions to the determination of goal torque value and process inspection torque value with the technology of bolt connection mode,at the same time contrast the advantages and disadvantages between dynamic torque and static torque,this paper has a reference to the bolt torque control of the industry.
