包壳管管口自动喷擦设备研制

摘要
根据燃料棒上下环缝焊接对管口清洁度和管材制备生产效率要求,研制一台燃料棒包壳管管口自动喷擦装置成套设备;摸索燃料棒包壳管管口自动喷擦工艺参数,包括管口喷擦长度、喷擦速度、喷擦次数、喷擦液体用量等;研究管口自动喷擦对焊接工艺的影响,与现在手工喷擦工艺相比,产品焊接质量有无明显变化;设计制造了一套包壳管管口自动喷擦设备,通过大量工艺试验,完成了包壳管管口自动喷擦技术研究,可以使管口喷擦质量稳定,提高产品质量,提高成品率,其次还能减少人力,从而减少生产成本、提高生产线自动化。
In this research,according to the cleanliness and pipe production efficiency requirements of Cladding Tube Nozzle top and bottom of the welding line to the nozzle,we develop a cladding tube nozzle automatic spraying device complete equipment.The process grope technological parameter of cladding tube nozzle.about length of spraying,speed of spraying,number of spraying times,amount of spraying liquid and so on.The effect of nozzle spraying to the welding technology,and the obviousely changed of the products welding quality.compared with the traditional current manual spraying process.The research,manufacturing design processed a cladding tube nozzle automatic wiping device,through a lot of process test,it completed the cladding tube nozzle automatic clean technical studies.It make the tube quality stable,improve the quality of products,and raise the rate of finished products,Then it can reduce manpower,to reduce costs and improve automation of production lines.
