摘要
己二酸系聚酯多元醇合成中存在产品颜色加深现象,分析了造成此种现象的可能因素,并确定影响聚酯多元醇产品颜色的主要因素为热氧化,制定了反应过程中绝氧及反应结束后在氮气保护下迅速降温至接近室温出料的解决方法,得到了接近无色透明的聚酯多元醇产品。
The phenomenon of color deepening in synthesis of adipic acid polyester polyols was existed.The influence factor was analysized.It was confirmed that the main factor was the thermal oxide.The solution was isolating oxygen when polyols compounded and decreasing the temperature after the reaction.The production approximately transparent colorless was finished.
