聚酯型生物基水性聚氨酯的制备及性能研究

以已二酸和由植物秸秆中提取的1,3-丙二醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,减压合成了一种聚酯多元醇。单因素水平实验得出最佳的合成条件:n(1,3-丙二醇):n(己二酸)=1.3:1、催化剂用量1%(按反应体系中醇酸的总质量计)、反应温度为130℃、反应时间为3h。换红外光谱和核磁谱图证实合成产物结构符合预期。凝胶渗透色谱测定合成产物的相对分子质量为1019,多分散性为1.073;X射线衍射分析表明其结晶度为25.92%。分别以合成的生物基聚酯多元醇和传统的石油基聚酯多元醇为原料合成两种水性聚氨酯,结果表明,采用生物基聚酯多元醇制备的水性聚氨酯胶膜的弹性较好,手感柔软,结晶度低,耐水性较差。
A kind of biomass-based polyester polyol that the relative molecular mass is 1019 and the polydispersity is 1.073 was prepared by 1,3-dipropylene glycol which ectracted from crop stalks,adipic acid,and para-toluenesulfonic acid.The synthetic condition was optimized by single factor test and the properties of production were detected by infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetism,gel permeation chromatography and x-ray diffraction.Two kinds of waterborne polyurethane were prepared by this biomass-based polyester polyol and petroleum-based polyester polyol respectively.The properties of two kinds of waterborne polyurethane were were detected by,x-ray diffraction,emulsion particle size and the physical mechanical function was determined by tensile machine.The results showed that the integrated performance of waterborne polyurethane prepared by biomass-based polyester polyol is higher.
