基于第三次互联网革命的人因工程分析:透视互联网+

摘要
信息物理系统研究,是工业4.0框架下连接柔性制造(包括硬件及其它服务)与个性化定制(消费产品的一对一需求)的重要通路(佚名,2014)。互联网+是互联网领域信息物理系统研究的一种新生力量。"互联网+"战略,就是基于互联网的平台,发挥信息通信技术的作用,把互联网和包括传统行业在内的各种行业结合起来,以新的领域创造新的生态(王芳,2015)。在互联网+的浪潮的席卷下,我国的人因工程研究面临诸多的机遇和挑战。借助互联网+平台,人因工程领域可以达到基于创新的生态化革命。互联网+不是互联网和心理学现有领域的一对一叠加,它体现的是心理学人因领域基于互联网新兴技术的创新机制,它体现的是人因工程追随者和实践者的生活型态。基于互联网+,研究者提出了我国人因工程领域的多个研究路径:(1)互联网+引发的人类整体生活型态的转变研究。主要从互联网+潮流导致的消费者生存方式的变化(李易,2015)、生活型态的分化、人群市场细分(地理参数、行为参数和心理参数等)方面作为切入点。(2)互联网+引发的心理应用技术变革需求。(1)可穿戴设备在人因工程中的积极作用(赵小军,2015);(2)增强现实技术介入的人因工程应用升级(赵小军,游旭群,石常秀,甘硕秋,2015;赵小军,2015);(3)大数据引领的人因工程研究和应用的可靠性。(3)互联网+引发的人因工程内容的更迭。(1)基于人际网络和互联网平台深度融合的硬件产品替代化研究(如微信支付等)。(2)人因工程中的用户体验研究。互联网+时代注重以用户为中心的用户体验,用户需求的个性化、用户需求的定制化、非占用性使用体验、用户资源的社会化消费模式成为研究的要素。柔性制造中的产品服务心理、个性化定制中的个性实现与心理效用最大化、用户对个性化产品制造流程的互联网监控机制、用户的工作负荷分析、用户资源的社会化消费卷入度成为研究的突破点(赵小军,2015)。(3)人-机-环协作关系研究。人-机-环三者的连接机制是什么?依托可穿戴设备的技术发展,基于互联网环境中心维度和连接通路的研究成为人-机-环协作关系的亮点。(4)服务模式的更新。将传统的OA系统和ERP等系统进行智能化改造。利用用户体验和大数据等技术,进行用户偏好的分析和系统实现、智能工厂管理(增强现实多模式人因交互技术和增强现实的用户辅助管理)、后台的预测系统提升、无人机等智能运输系统的时间和空间的精准定位研究(赵小军,2015)。(5)风险感知研究。产品智能化风险评估和基于隐私等的用户风险感知研究是研究中心。
The study of Cyber-Physical System is important pathway to connect flexible manufacturing and personalized customization(anonymous, 2014). Internet+ that is based on the Internet platform opens a new direction in the research of Cyber-Physical System for "Internet+" strategy, and plays a role in information and communication technology. Internet and various industries, including traditional industries, are combined to create new areas(Wang Fang, 2015). Under the wave of Internet +, the researches of human factors engineering in China face many opportunities and challenges. Based on Internet + platform, the field of human factors engineering can be achieved ecological revolution for innovation. Internet+ is not one-to-one overlay for Internet and existing psychological field, it reflects the innovation mechanism based on the emerging technology of Internet and the lifestyle of followers and practitioners in the human factor engineering field. Based on Internet +, the researcher puts forward to path for human factor engineering in China:(1) Changes of lifestyle caused by Internet+, such as the lifestyle change of consumers in the era of Internet+(Li Yi, 2015), the differentiation of lifestyle, and the market segmentation(geographic, behavior and psychological parameters);(2) Changes of psychological application technologies caused by Internet+, including(1) the positive role of wearable device in human factor engineering(Zhao Xiaojun, 2015);(2) application up-gradation for human factor engineering by means of augmented reality(Zhao Xiaojun, You Xuqun, Shi Changxiu, Gan Shuoqiu, 2015; Zhao Xiaojun, 2015); and(3) the reliability of research and application for human factor engineering by means of large data;(3) changes of the content of human factor engineering caused by Internet+, such as(1) products based on the combination of interpersonal network and Internet platforms(e.g., We Chat pay);(2) user experience in human factor engineering. Internet+ is user-centered and pays attention to the user experience. Personalized user requirements, user experience not occupy, socialization consumption patterns of user resource become the elements of research. Products and services in flexible manufacturing, maximization of personalization and psychological utility, user Internet monitoring mechanism of individualized product in the process of manufacturing, workload analysis of user, and social consumer involvement in user resources become a breakthrough(Zhao Xiaojun, 2015).(3) Man-Machine-Environment. What is the connection mechanism of Man-Machine-Environment? Relying on the technical development of wearable devices, the study of environment center dimension and the connecting path based on Internet became a highlight for Man-Machine-Environment.(4) The update of service mode. It needs to reconstruct traditional OA and ERP system. To make use of user experience and large data technology, it needs to analyze user preferences and system implementation, smart factory management(interactive technology of augmented reality in human factor engineering and user assistance management of augmented reality), and the precision positioning of time and space on intelligent transportation system such as Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(Zhao Xiaojun, 2015).(5) Risk perception. Intelligent risk assessment of product and risk perception based on the privacy are center of these studies.
