摘要
本文采用了数值模拟和工业试验相结合的方法,揭示了在非等温条件下,中间包底吹气时流体的流动规律,吹气过程主导了流体流动状态,抵消了由于非等温条件引起的自然对流对流体流动的不利影响,中间包底吹氩气工艺能够有效促进夹杂物上浮,阻止夹杂物流出中间包。工业试验结果表明,中间包底吹气改善了夹杂物去除效果,使用中间包底吹气对应的铸坯,20-50μm、50-100μm、>100μm级别的夹杂物分别降低了14%、20%、67%。
Mathematical simulation and extensive plant scale trials are applied in this study.Flowing pattern in tundish with bottom bubbling is revealed on non-isothermal condition.For bottom bubbling,it almost dominates the flow pattern in tundish,and it also counteracts the negative impacts of natural convection caused by temperature difference,and then it is helpful for inclusions floating-up and removal.Plant trials results also prove that,tundish bottom-bubbling strengthening the inclusions removal effects.And for the quantity density of inclusions with size of 20-50μm,50-100μm,>100μm,it could be reduced by 14%,20%,67%respectively by bottom bubbling.
