载体颗粒对UASB启动和运行性能的影响

摘要
UASB的启动问题一直是厌氧生物处理领域研究的重点和难点。本文研究了麦饭石、硅藻土对中温UASB处理含油废水的启动、运行和污泥颗粒化的影响,对常规UASB(R0)与投加硅藻土UASB(R1),投加麦饭石UASB(R2)处理含油废水的效果和抗冲击能力进行了考察。研究结果表明:(1)在低负荷条件下(0~2 kg COD·m~(-3)·d~(-1)),R0、R1、R2均具有良好的COD去除效果,而在高容积负荷条件下(OLR=7~9 kg COD·m~(-3)·d~(-1)),R1、R2具有更优的运行性能,平均COD去除率可高达89.71%,90.27%;(2)不同载体对污泥颗粒化的影响不同,经过50天培养,R2粒径大于0.25mm的颗粒污泥高达59.33%,而R1仅为22.11%,低于R0的32.46%;(3)R1、R2具有更强的抗高pH冲击能力,受高pH冲击,R1、R2出水COD去除率恢复到80%所需的时间分别为5天和11天,而R0需要15天。
