稀土冶炼钠皂化废水处理工艺的研究

摘要
钠皂化废水是稀土冶炼过程中排放的一类较为复杂的废水,针对此类废水,设计了隔油池及两级沉淀的预处理工艺,经过预处理后的废水再经过膜处理,得到符合双极膜电渗析进水条件的水质,最终通过双极膜电渗析得到酸碱,为钠皂化废水的工业化处理提供依据.
Sodium saponification wastewater is a kind of complex wastewater which discharged from the separation process of rare earth.Aim to this wastewater,the oil separation tank and two-step precipitation of wastewater pretreatment process designed,after pretreatment of the wastewater,which filed by membrane technology,then can be got water which meet the water quality conditions of bipolar membrane electrodialysis.Hydrochloric acid solution and alkali solution is obtained by bipolar membrane electrodialysis at the end.It is provided the basis of sodium saponification wastewater processing industrializatioa
