聚合氯化铝废渣的减排与高效综合利用

摘要
聚合氯化铝(PAC)生产过程中产生的PAC废渣目前普遍采用堆弃和填埋方式进行处理,不仅严重污染自然环境,还会造成大量的铝和土地资源的浪费。本文以PAC废渣为原料,采用焙烧热处理、酸浸取和除杂等过程,重点研究了盐酸用量、水量、焙烧条件、反应温度、反应时间等过程因素对从废渣制备氢氧化铝过程中铝溶出率的影响。采用正交实验和单因素优化实验确定了浸取的较佳工艺条件。采用盐酸浸取PAC废渣中的Al元素的较佳工艺条件为:500℃下焙烧1h、盐酸用量为2.5mL、反应温度为90℃、反应时间为3h。在较佳酸浸工艺条件下,Al元素的浸出率为65.55%;Al(OH)_3产品为白色粉末,初步实现了PAC废渣的减排与高值资源化利用。
Currently piling up and landfill were the usual methods to dispose the waste residue from polyaluminium chloride(PAC) production,which not only brings seriously pollution,but also causes the waste of aluminum and land resources.Herein,using PAC waste residue as raw material,the process of leaching Al from PAC waste residue by HCl solution was studied.The effects of preparation parameters for aluminum hydroxide from the waste residue,such as the dosage of HCl the amount of water,calcination conditions,reaction temperature and reaction time were emphatically discussed.Process optimization was obtained by orthogonal test and Single factor optimization experiment.The optimum conditions were as follows:calcination temperature 500℃,calcination time 1h,2.5mL HCl,6mL water,reaction temperature 90℃,reaction time 3h.At these conditions,the maximum leaching rate of Al reaches up to 65.55%.Emission reduction and efficiently comprehensive utilization of PAC waste residue was preliminarily realized.
