针灸结合康复训练对中央型腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗效果分析

摘要
目的:分析针灸结合康复训练对中央型腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗效果。方法:随机抽取我院自2015年5月至2016年5月收治的中央型腰椎间盘突出症患者110例,分为实验组和对照组,每组55例。对照组采用针灸进行治疗,实验组采用针灸结合康复训练进行治疗。而后对比两组患者治疗前后的VAS评分、ODI评分以及治疗后的总有效率。结果:治疗前,两组患者的VAS评分、ODI评分无显著差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的VAS评分、ODI评分均明显比对照组的低,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的总有效率(96.4%)明显高于对照组的(76.4%),差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合康复训练对中央型腰椎间盘突出症在临床上取得了显著的疗效,患者的疼痛症状明显减轻,日常生活能力明显提高,值得进一步推广和使用。
Objective: To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on central lumbar disc herniation. METHODS: One hundred and ten patients withcentral lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Acupuncture was used in the controlgroup. Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training was used in the experimental group. Then the VAS score, ODI score and the total effective rate after treatment were compared between thetwo groups before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, the VAS and ODI scores of the two groups had no significant difference(P> 0.05). After treatment, the VAS and ODI scores of theobservation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,(P <0.05). The total effective rate(96.4%) of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.4%), the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has a significant clinical effect on central lumbar intervertebral discherniation. The pain symptoms are obviously relieved and the daily living ability is obviously improved. It is worthy to be further popularized and used.
