针刺联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的:针刺联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效观察。方法:本文选取66例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者,随机划分两组,对照组采用针刺疗法,治疗组采用麻针刺联合康复训练治疗疗法,对比两组的临床疗效以及吞咽功能改善情况。结果:治疗前后,两组的吞咽功能评分明显增大,前后对比存在明显差异,同时治疗一个月、两个月后,治疗组的吞咽功能评分大小分别是(50.14±18.93)分、(66.28±21.74)分,和对照组治疗一个月、两个月后的吞咽功能改善情况结果对比具有统计学意义。结论:脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者采用针刺联合康复训练治疗后,可以有效缓解患者的吞咽功能障碍,提升患者的日常生活能力,提高其生存质量,进一步充分发挥药物功效,促进患者痊愈。
objective: acupuncture with rehabilitation training therapy the clinical effect of the treatment of swallowing disorders after stroke. Methods: this article selects 66 patients withswallowing disorder after stroke, and randomly divided into two groups, control group using acupuncture therapy, the treatment group USES the hemp pinprick joint rehabilitation therapy treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect and improve swallowing function. Results: before and after treatment, two groups of swallowing function score increased obviously, there exists significantdifference before and after contrast, at the same time a month, two months after treatment, the treatment group of swallowing function grading size(50.14-18.93),(66.28-21.74), and the control group onemonth, two months after treatment outcomes of swallowing function improvement of statistical significance. Conclusion: the swallowing disorder after stroke were treated by acupuncture combinedrehabilitation training after treatment, can effectively alleviate patients' swallowing dysfunction, and improve the patient's daily life ability, improve the quality of survival, to give full play to the drugefficacy, promote patients recover.
