一种高韧性UV固化树脂的研制

摘要
研究了聚酯多元醇的配比以及用量,异氰酸酯的种类、丙烯酸酯类封端剂种类对树脂及其固化性能的影响。所制备的树脂固化后邵A硬度50~60,拉伸强度20 MPa,断裂延伸率大于220%。可单独或作为一种组分提高树脂涂料的性能,使固化后的树脂涂料具有极高的抗张韧性和拉伸性以及优异的手感度,能应用于皮革、地板等对涂层综合性能要求高的领域。
The effects of the ratio and quantities of polyester polyols,the types of isocyanate and acrylate ester endcapping reagent on the performance of raw and cured resin were investigated.The hardness of the cured resin ranged from 50 to 60 A,the tensile strength was up to 20 MPa,and the breaking elongation was more than 220%.The resin could be used alone or as a component to improve the performance of resin coating.The cured resin coating with a very high tensile strength and elongation,and good feel was applied in the field of leather,floor and so on,which require high comprehensive performance of the coating.
