气孔对压铸AZ91镁合金力学性能影响的研究

摘要
压铸AZ91镁合金在工业上有广泛应用,但显微气孔对合金力学性能有明显不利影响。本文采用系列截面法获得三维显微组织重构组织,确定气孔在试样中的分布特点,并运用有限元分析技术对气孔对压铸AZ91镁合金的力学性能的影响进行模拟。结果显示:随试样中最大气孔尺寸增大,抗拉强度和延伸率近线性降低;不同的气孔的分布情况对合金抗拉强度和延伸率有不同程度影响。
High-pressure die-casting(HPDC) AZ91 magnesium alloy is widely used in industry,but gas pores have negative effect on mechanical properties of the alloy.By using three-dimensional microstructure reconstruction based on serial sectioning,the characterization of gas pores in specimens was gained.Then the effect of gas pores on mechanical properties of HPDC AZ91 Mg alloy was studied by means of finite element simulation.The result showed that the ultimate tensile strength and elongation decrease with the increase of maximum value of the size of gas pores.Meanwhile,the ultimate tensile strength and elongation varied with different distribution of gas pores.
