板坯低温加热高磁感取向硅钢冷轧时脆断机理研究

摘要
本文从影响板坯低温加热高磁感取向硅钢(低温HiB钢)冷轧脆断的原因入手,重点分析了常化温度、急冷工艺、变形温度和冷轧工艺与加工硬化的关系等因素对低温HiB钢冷轧加工性能的作用方式。低温HiB钢热轧板的常化温度较高时,析出相质点和晶粒尺寸长大较快,带钢塑性迅速下降,冷轧时易发生脆性断裂。分段式常化工艺的开始冷却温度较低,冷却过程中析出的10-20 nm细小球状AlN抑制剂和形成的小尺寸晶粒提高了钢带塑性和韧性,冷轧性能和高斯晶粒的位相强度得到了提高。常化水冷过程中,下表面冷却较为均匀,喷在钢带上表面中部的水会从边部流下,边部冷却过快,上表面换热系数由中部至边部呈线性上升的趋势,冷却过程中热应力分布不均区域在距离边部0-43mm处,造成钢带横向冷却不均匀,硬度分布亦不均匀,冷轧时钢带两边的轧制压力差波动达30~40t,容易造成失稳断带;对冷却方式改进后,钢板横向冷却均匀性和横向硬度分布改善显著,稳定在21-27HRC范围,冷轧加工性能大幅提高。低温HiB钢的冷轧变形温度对加工性能的影响极其敏感,25℃时的延伸率从低于10%迅速上升到100℃时的20%以上,超过50℃时钢材显现出良好的塑性。第1道次后,钢带的局部延伸率在2.5%以上,钢带在卷取时发生边裂的概率大大降低,有利于第2道次顺利起步轧制。
This paper from the influence of slab heating under low temperature and high magnetic induction oriented silicon steel(low HiB) with cold brittle fracture,analyses of normalizing temperature,quenching process,by way of low temperature HiB steel cold rolling performance of deformation temperature and cold rolling process and work hardening factors such as low temperature HiB hot rolled plate.Steel of high temperature,particle precipitates and grain size grew rapidly,with plastic rapid decline,cold prone to brittle fracture.The sectional process start cooling temperature is low,the precipitation in the cooling process of 10-20 nm small ball shaped A1 N inhibitors and small grain size increased and the plasticity of the steel strip the phase properties of toughness,strength cold rolled and Gauss grain improved.After normalizing the cooling process,the surface cooling is evenly sprayed on the strip surface,the water will flow from the edge,the edge of the upper surface for cooling too fast Thermal coefficient of linear increase trend from the middle part to the edge of the cooling process in the thermal stress distribution is uneven in the area distance edge 0-43 mm,causing steel transverse cooling is not uniform,the hardness distribution is not uniform,cold rolled steel strip on both sides of the pressure difference fluctuation of 30 ~ 40 t,easy to cause the instability zone;improvement after cooling,the cooling uniformity of steel plate and transverse distribution of hardness improved significantly,stable in the range of 21-27 HRC,the cold rolling performance was greatly improved.The low temperature cold rolled steel HiB effect of deformation temperature on machining performance is extremely sensitive,extending 25 degrees from less than 10%rate rose rapidly to more than 100 DEG C at 20%,more than 50 DEG C when the steel shows good plasticity.First times after rolling strip local extension rate is more than 2.5%,occurred in the strip coiling probability of edge crack is greatly reduced,to second times smooth start rolling.
