摘要
蓝图式设计向弹性设计转变的大背景下,研究物质环境与使用者行为相互作用对空间环境设计具有一定的指导意义。针对使用者行为,目前已有许多成熟的调查方法及相应的实践研究,随着科技发展,空间句法、大数据分析等调查分析手段开始出现在城市研究中。本研究在分类厘清常用的社会调查方法的基础上,以济南市经过商业化改造的两个传统街区——曲水亭街、宽厚里街区为例,从建成区环境、使用者行为两个层面,采用多种调查方法对其进行物质空间评价和使用者行为研究,并对比调查结果和空间句法分析结果以探讨街区优势及问题。结果显示,曲水亭街较低的开发力度和保护为主的开发模式使原有空间格局和氛围得到保留,成为街道主要吸引点。宽厚里街区业态丰富,但无特色导向,业态及使用者消费行为对使用者在街区内空间分布影响较大,未显著拉长使用者停留时间。
On the background of blueprint design model turned to resilience design model,research on the interact between the physical environment and the users' behavior becomes more important than before,as it can provide guidance to subsequent design.There are many matured investigation method as well as practice research on users' behavior and with the development of technology,many new investigation and research methodologies are being used in urban research.In this research,on the basis of sorting social survey methods often used,researchers make an empirical study from two aspects include street environment and user's behavior and take Qushuiting Street and Kuanhouli District in Jinan City as examples.The research uses several investigation methods to find how street environment influences users' behavior and try to discover its internal causes uses Space Synax.The result shows that the conservation development mode makes Qushuiting Street reserves its unique atmosphere and it attacks people to come,Kuanhouli District,as it has diverse format,consuming behavior is the most influential aspect,but featureless commercial activities is Unable to retain users for a long time.
