4种人工湿地基质吸附污水中3种糖皮质激素的性能与基质筛选研究

摘要
采用静态吸附实验,对比了火山岩、活性炭、绿沸石、麦饭石对配水中3种糖皮质激素的吸附去除效果,基于3种激素的去除情况、购买成本与运费的比较,筛选出性价比较高的基质-绿沸石作为人工湿地的基质处理高浓度含激素废水。吸附实验表明,绿沸石对3种糖皮质激素的去除率随投加量的增加而增加。同时,以筛选出的基质-绿沸石作为水平流人工湿地的主要填料,对含激素废水进行处理,其对3种糖皮质激素均有较好去除,出水中检出多种代谢产物。调节水力停留时间,观察其对去除效果及代谢产物的影响,发现随水力停留时间的延长,原型物质及代谢产物的出水浓度降低,去除率提高。
Three kinds of glucocorticoids removal efficiencies of five different types of substrates- volcanic rock, activated carbon, green zeolite, medical stonez-by means of static adsorption experiment were compared.The green zeolite with the highest performance price ratio was screened to be the packing of this experiment,based on its high glucocorticoids removal capability,low purchase costs and low transportation costs.The adsorption experimental results showed that the three kinds of glucocorticoids removal efficiencies of zeolite increased as dosing quantity increased.At the same time, use the matrix-green zeolite as the main filler of horizontal flow constructed wetland to deal with wastewater containing glucocorticoids, the three kinds of glucocorticoid has better removal, check out some metabolites in effluent.Adjust the hydraulic retention time, observe its effect on removing effect and metabolites, found that with the extension of hydraulic retention time, the three kinds of glucocorticoids and metabolic product of water concentration is reduced and the removal rate increase.
