超细纤维合成革仿真皮工艺的设计与优化

摘要
采用锆鞣剂作为交联剂,选用填充剂及柔软剂对超细纤维合成革基布进行仿真皮改性。以基布的吸湿性、透水汽性、柔软度及物理机械性能作为评价指标,通过正交试验,对填充剂及柔软剂的种类、用量及复配工艺进行优化。实验表明,用1%德赛坦RST,5%铝单宁,5%BA栲胶,10%德赛宝SO,10%科莱思NLM,5%合成牛蹄油改性后基布的综合性能最佳。与空白基布相比,改性基布的吸湿性提高71.11%,透水汽性提高10.05%,机械性能及增厚增重率明显提高。采用SEM、AFM、接触角及比表面积等手段对改性前后的基布进行了表征,结果显示改性后基布纤维排列松散,表面结构变化明显,润湿性增加,比表面积增大。
The microfiber synthetic leather base was modified by filling agents and softening agents to imitate natural leather,in which zirconium tanning agent was as a cross-linking agent.The moisture absorption,water vapor permeability,softness,physical and mechanical properties of the base were used as indexes,the filling agents and softening agents type and dosage and compatibility process were optimized through the orthogonal.The results showed that the optimal compatibility process was achieved when using 1%Desoaten RST,5%Aluminum Tanning Agent,5%Light Color Vegetable Tannin Extract BA,10%Desopon SO,10%Clariant NLM,5%synthetic neatsfoot oil.Compared with the controlled base,the moisture absorption of the modified base increased by 71.11%,the water vapor permeability increased by 10.05%,the mechanical properties,thickening percentage and weight gain rate were obviously improved.The fabric Pre-modified base and modified base were characterized by SEM,AFM,contact angle and surface area.The results showed that the modified base fiber arranged loosely,its surface structure changed clearly and the wettability of base increased.Moreover,the base specific surface area increased.
