行气疏肝法治疗缺血性视神经病变的临床研究

摘要
目的:在缺血性视神经病变患者的治疗过程中应用行气疏肝法,并对其临床疗效进行研究。方法:选取我院自2014年5月至2016年5月期间所收治的48例缺血性视神经病变患者,将其按照随机数字表法均分为观察组与对照组,每组患者例数为24例。在对照组患者的治疗过程中应用复方血栓通胶囊,在观察组患者的治疗过程中应用行气疏肝法,将两组患者行不同疗法后的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果:经对应性治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异显著且P值小于0.05,统计学意义存在。结论:在缺血性视神经病变患者的治疗过程中应用行气疏肝法的临床疗效较为显著,具有临床推广价值。
Objective:in the treatment of patients with ischemic optic neuropathy in the process of application of liver qi and law,and to study the clinical curative effect.Selection Methods:our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 in 48 patients with ischemic optic neuropathy treated by it in accordance with the random number table method were divided into observation group and control group,each group of patients with the number of cases for 24 cases.In the treatment of patients with the control group in the process of application of compound thrombosis capsule,in the treatment of patients with observation group in the process of application of liver qi,the two groups of patients after different treatments of clinical curative effect were analyzed.Results:after treatment with correspondence,observation group of patients with total effective rate significantly higher than that of control group,significant difference,P value is less than 0.05,statistically significant Conclusion:in the treatment of patients with ischemic optic neuropathy in the process of application of liver qi and method of clinical curative effect is significant,has clinical value.
