含亚麻籽油咪唑啉的复配缓蚀剂对Q235钢的缓蚀行为研究

摘要
将自制亚麻籽油咪唑啉季铵盐与钼酸钠复配,采用失重法、动电位极化法和交流阻抗法研究了该缓蚀剂在1.0 mol/L HCl水溶液中对Q235钢的缓蚀行为。结果表明:缓蚀效率随着缓蚀剂浓度增大而增大,该缓蚀剂在1.0 moL/L HCl水溶液中对Q235钢为阴极型缓蚀剂,且符合Langmuir吸附模式,以化学吸附为主。
The inhibition behavior against Q235 steel in 1.0 mol/L HCl solution of compound inhibitor including linseed oil imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt and sodium molybdate was studied using weight-loss method,polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques.Results show that the inhibition efficiency increases with increasing the inhibitor concentration,and the compound inhibitor is a good cathodic-type inhibitor whose adsorption obeys the Langmuir adsorption isotherm and is mainly chemisorption.
