复合材料张力蒙皮机身与水面撞击仿真研究

摘要
本文采用MSC Dytran软件对张力蒙皮机身与水面撞击进行仿真分析,研究复合材料机身结构在水面撞击过程中张力蒙皮的吸能特性。研究发现在水面撞击情况下,设计良好的张力蒙皮可以通过展开褶皱区吸收能量,因此在提高直升机水面撞击的安全性方面,张力蒙皮比传统蒙皮具有更大的优势。本文的研究为后续张力蒙皮结构在直升机复合材料机身结构上的应用提供依据。
In this study,we do the research on numerical simulation of the crash impact on water of composite "tensor skin" fuselage structure by MSC Dytran software in order to in vestigate the energy absorption capability of tensor skin.The result shows that the feat design "tensor skin" can absorb energy by unfolding the corrugated composite.So the tensor skin plays a more important role than the traditional skin to improve the crashworthiness security of helicopters under water impact.Our work provides the basis for the application of the following tensor skin in helicopter composite fuselage structure.
