岩生报春花部变异初探

摘要
试验以温室栽培环境下岩生报春的花部变异为研究对象,将岩生报春的温室栽培群体依据现有自然变异,从花色、花型、花眼3个方面划分变异类型,探讨其在花色、花型、花眼上出现的不同程度的变异表现。岩生报春的温室栽培群体在花色上大致分为3种类型,由浅到深依次是浅粉色(PURPLE GROUP 75B)、红色(RED-PURPLE N74C)、紫红色(PUPRLE-VIOLET GROUP N80A);花冠裂片在大小形态上均有不同程度的变异,裂片边缘出现羽状分裂;花眼形状分为圆形花眼和五边形花眼两大类型,每个类型的外轮花眼颜色都具有从浅到深的连续变化。
Based on existing natural variation,the experiment attempts to classify Primula saxatilis cultivated under greenhouse culture conditions into several variant types by flower color,flower type and flower eye- round.The flower colors,flower types and flower eye- round of P.saxatilis vary on different degrees.According to observation of P.saxatilis cultivated under greenhouse condition,flower colors could be classified into three types,which are light pink(PURPLE GROUP 75B),red(RED-PURPLE N74C) and purple(PUPRLE- VIOLET GROUP N80A) from lightest to darkest The size and shape of corolla lobe also vary on different degrees with pinnation on lobe margins.Round and pentagon are two major shapes of flower eye— round with colors of felloe varying continuously from light to dark.
