光固化复制模塑技术制备仿生超疏水含氟表面

摘要
本文基于软光刻的纳米浇铸技术在纳米加工方面的成功应用,采用了一种简便模塑复制技术,来制备仿荷叶超疏水的微纳米表面。首先以新鲜荷叶作为天然模板,在其表面浇注PDMS得到阴模图形,然后再以其为模板,结合光固化技术,以含氟聚丙烯酸酯丙烯酸酯为原料制备与荷叶完全相同图案的超疏水涂层。使用这种方法很容易得到了大面积完整的仿荷叶微纳米结构的超疏水表面,其接触角(CA)可达到170±2°,我们并且对结构保持性、耐污等性能做了进一步研究。
Herein,nanocasting,which is based on soft lithography,was a method successfully used widely in nanofabrication.We used a simple,efficient method to producing large-area micro-nano lotus-leaf-like structure.First,by directly replicating the lotus leaves as the natural template to create negative hierarchical lotus-leaf-like surface using the PDMS,and then the negative PDMS as the template to fabricate the UV-curable fluorine-containing polyacrylic acrylate superhydrophobic coating.Using this method we got easily the micro-nano lotus-leaf-like surface completely.And the contact angle(CA)could achieve 170°.We also test the properties of structural retention,pollution resistance,knife-scratch resistance for further research.
