摘要
本实验旨在对实验室制备的一款刺参养殖用微生物净水剂工大二号的品质及适用条件进行研究,从而能使该产品广泛应用于实际生产。参照微生物饲料添加剂技术通则(NY/T 1444-2007)对该产品的相关品质指标进行检测,通过倾注平板计数法和养殖试验分别对该产品不同温度保存下的菌数变化和适用条件进行了研究。结果表明该微生物净水剂产品品质符合技术通则(NY/T 1444-2007)中的相关要求;产品在常温(25℃)下的保存期约为6个月,在冷藏(4℃)情况下的保存期约为10个月。该产品适用于pH 7.0-8.0,盐度25-35‰情况下的刺参养殖。综上数据表明,该产品符合生产的相关规定,并且适用条件与实际生产条件相吻合,可以用于实际生产中。
Research of the quality and applicable condition of Apositchopus japonicus feeding used microecologics Gongda II was studied in this article,in order to use the product into the actually producing.According to the general rules for microbial feed additive(NY/T 1444-2007) detected the quality of the microecologics.The research of the change of microbial content and the applicable condition did by plate pouring count method and the feeding experiment.The results showed that the figures of this microecologics were comforted with the general rules(NY/T 1444-2007);the storage life at normal temperature(25℃) was about 6 monthes,at 4℃ was about 10 monthes.The applicable condition was pH 7.0-8.0,salinity 25-35‰.Above all,this microecologics was suitable for the actually producing.
