不同打孔工艺对孔边微观组织的影响

摘要
本文采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察比较了三种不同打孔工艺(激光打孔、电火花打孔及电化学打孔)对孔边微观组织形貌的影响。研究结果表明:激光打孔孔边存在较厚的再铸层、微裂纹等缺陷,而且孔倾斜角度越小,微裂纹越长;孔锥度较大。电火花打孔孔边再铸层很薄,为规则的柱状组织,孔边没有发现微裂纹,而且孔几乎实现了零锥度加工。电化学打孔实现了孔边无微裂纹、无再铸层、无残余应力的"三无"效果,但是孔表现为上大下小。
The microstructure of holes machined by laser drilling(LD),electro-discharge machining(EDM) and electrochemical machining(ECM) was observed by optical microscope(OM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that thick recast layer,microcracks and large taper were found around LD holes,and microcracks became longer with the decreasing of skew angles of holes.For EDM holes,the recast layer was much thinner compared to LD holes and no microcracks were observed.In addition,the EDM holes appeared almost no taper.For ECM holes,no recast layer or microcracks existed but the holes exhibited non-cylindrical nature.
