基于代谢组学的中药雷公藤质量控制新方法和新技术研究

摘要
<正>雷公藤系卫矛科雷公藤属木质藤本植物,具有很好的抗肿瘤和免疫抑制等药理活性,主要用于治疗各种自身免疫性疾病。雷公藤用药历史悠久,在临床上具有非常显著的疗效,但因其有大毒,治疗用药窗口窄,临床上经常会有不良或毒性反应发生。现有的雷公藤质量标准只反映药材极为有限的化学信息,限制了疗效和安全性的深入评价。因此本研究基于代谢组学思路方法,采用超高效液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱(UHPLC-QTOF-MS)联用技术,系统地开展了有毒中药雷公藤的质量控制新方法和新技术研究。
