养阴活血汤治疗(气阴两虚伴瘀血内阻型)糖尿病并高压病的效果观察

摘要
目的:分析养阴活血汤治疗糖尿病并高血压病的效果。方法:回顾性的选择2013年1月-2015年5月本院收治100例(气阴两虚伴瘀血内阻型)糖尿病并高血压病患者临床资料,根据治疗时所采用不同方法分为两组,对照组45例给予常规西医治疗,研究组55例在其基础上加用养阴活血汤治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后空腹血糖、收缩压及舒张压均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且研究组空腹血糖、血压水平比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:养阴活血汤应用于治疗气阴两虚、瘀血内阻型糖尿病并高血压的疗效显著。
Objective: To analyze Yangyin Decoction diabetes and hypertension effects. Methods: Retrospective Selection January 2015- May 2016 our hospital 100 cases of patients withclinical data(Yin deficiency with blood stasis type) diabetes and hypertension, according to the different treatment methods are divided into two groups the control group of 45 patients treatedwith conventional Western medicine, the study group 55 cases plus nourishing yin Decoction on its basis, compared two groups of treatment.
