有机酸对Y型分子筛的脱铝改性

摘要
利用有机酸对Y型分子筛进行改性,采用XRD、XRF、Py-IR等方法对其进行表征。结果表明,采用柠檬酸脱铝处理具有较高硅铝比的NaY分子筛,有利于脱除其中的非骨架铝,制得结晶度63%、晶胞常数2.449 nm、稀土含量1.93%的分子筛。低p H值下化学脱铝处理分子筛的硅铝比更高,脱铝处理温度、时间、固含量变化对分子筛性质影响不大。与原料分子筛相比,柠檬酸脱铝处理分子筛的比表面积增加4%以上,孔体积提高7%~12%,平均孔径增大,更有利于提高分子筛活性中心与油气分子的可接近性,充分发挥分子筛的选择性裂化功能。柠檬酸脱除了分子筛中的部分非骨架铝和骨架铝,使分子筛的总B酸/总L酸的比例由1.46 mol·g~(-1)提高到3.43 mol·g~(-1)以上,提高了135%,较强B酸/较强L酸的比例由1.90 mol·g~(-1)提高到4.55 mol·g~(-1)以上,提高了139%。柠檬酸脱铝处理分子筛的粒度变小,颗粒团聚现象减弱,分散性更好。
The dealumination of zeolite Y was carried out with organic acid.The zeolite was characterized by XRD、XRF、Py-IR,et.al.The results showed that the zeolite with higher relative crystallinity and higher ratio of silica to alumina could be obtained after being dealuminated with oxalic acid.The surface area and pore volume Of the dealuminated zeolite increased 4 percent and pore volume 7 to 12 percent,respectively.The extra-framework Al could be removed by the organic acid,and the ratio of B/L acid increased.The dealuminated zeolite particle aggregation phenomenon was weakened with the dispersibility better.
