摘要
焊接是制造业中的重要加工工艺,它具有精确、可靠、低成本的特点[1]。焊接在汽车制造中应用尤其广泛,但是焊接过程中,由于焊接区域的局部收缩和应力作用将产生焊接变形。本文分析了焊接变形产生的原因及影响因素,介绍了几种典型结构焊接变形控制方法的实例。
Welding is a key process in manufacturing,it has the characteristics of accurate,reliable and low cost.Welding is especially widely used in automobile manufacturing,but during the welding process,due to the effect of local contraction and stress of the welded area will produce welding deformation.This paper analyzes the reasons and influencing factors of welding deformation,this paper introduces the structure of several typical examples of welding deformation control method.
