摘要
互联网是一场革命,时代在进步,社会在发展,作为长期工作在教育一线的教师们,需要不断的自我学习促进专业成长,才能跟上教育教学改革的步伐,适应新世纪素质教育的要求。随着新课程改革的推进,网络教学的开展,我们的传统教学理念、教学思维正日益改变,教师在网络环境下的专业发展更显得尤为重要。依托互联网即网络培训,能有效的促进教师自身的专业发展。随着互联网的发展,基于互联网的教师专业发展正在实现。
The Internet is a revolution, age in progress, in the development of society, as the teachers on the line of work in education for a long time, they need to keep the self learning to promote professional development, in order to keep up with the pace of the education teaching reform, to meet the requirements of quality education in the new century. Along with the advancement of new curriculum reform, the development of the network teaching, increasingly changing of our traditional teaching concept and teaching thought,the professional development of teachers under the network environment is more important. Relying on the internet which is the network training can effectively promote the professional development of teachers themselves. With the development of internet, the teachers' professional development based on internet is being realized.
