W波段平面多注扩展互作用速调管输出腔的设计

摘要
本文给出了一个W波段平面多注扩展互作用速调管输出腔的设计。该输出结构基于五个平面排列的电子注(19k V,5×0.8A),采用了五间隙哑铃型谐振腔。分析了结构参数对模式间隔、场型均匀性、有载频率以及外观品质因子的影响。并且,通过研究输出腔能量平衡关系,确定了保持工作稳定性所需的外Q阈值(416.1)。
