摘要
目的:探讨血细胞形态学检验在发热疾病诊断中的价值。方法:选取2015年4月~2016年4月我院收治的49例患者为研究对象,纳入对照组给予血细胞形态学检验,同时选取同期入院健康者为对照组,比较两组的检测指标。结果:研究组的血细胞形态异常阳性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的HCT、MCV、RDW-SD、MCHC均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在发热疾病诊断中采用血细胞形态学检验,提高了诊断准确率,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the value of blood cell morphological examination in the diagnosis of febrile diseases.Methods 2015 of 49 patients treated in our hospital from April to 2016 April as the research object,into the blood cell morphological examination was given to the control group,and select the same admission healthy persons as control group,compared with two groups ofindicators.Results:the positive rate of abnormality in the study group of blood cell morphology were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);study groupof HCT,MCV,rdw-sd,MCHC were higher than those of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the diagnosis of febrile diseases,blood cell morphology test isadopted,which improves the diagnostic accuracy and is worth popularizing.
