试析护理指导在急性咽喉炎雾化吸入效果中的运用

摘要
目的:研究护理指导对急性咽喉炎雾化吸入治疗产生的效果。方法:随机选取我院在2014年11月至2015年11月急性咽喉炎病人76例,在对病人实施雾化吸入治疗时,将其分成分析组和对比组,对比组行常规护理,分析组给予指导型护理,对比病人的病情改善情况。结果:分析组的总有效率为97.37%,对比组的总有效率为92.11%,两组之间数据比较具有较大差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05),分析组优于对比组。结论:在雾化吸入治疗中,应用护理指导有利于急性咽喉炎病人有效改善病情,提高护理效果。
Objective: to study the effect of the nursing instruction on atomization inhalation therapy.Methods:randomly selected from our hospital in November 2014 to November 2015 were 76 cases of acute sore throat patients, on implementation of atomization inhalation therapy, the patient will be divided into analysis group and contrast group, control group routine nursing, analysis group wasgiven to guide nursing, contrast the patient's condition to improve the situation.Results:the total effective rate was 97.37%, analysis group, control group total effective rate was 92.11%, compared with thedata it is bigger difference between two groups, with statistical significance(P < 0.05), the analysis is better than that of contrast group.Conclusion:the therapeutic efficacy of atomization inhalation inthe treatment and application of nursing instruction is beneficial to acute sore throat effectively improve patient, improve the effect of nursing care.
