车辆油气悬架温升特性研究

摘要
本论文建立了双缸摆动式油气弹簧热力学模型,通过仿真计算及台架试验获取油气弹簧温升特性。仿真及试验中采用试验场实测位移信号作为输入,试验结果可以为车辆试验车姿调节提供参考依据。
The thermodynamic model of double cylinder swinging hydro-pneumatic spring was established in this paper,the temperature rise characteristic of hydro-pneumatic spring was acquired by the method of simulation calculation and bench test,using displacement spectrum of suspension acquired in proving ground as test input.The test result can be reference data for the adjustment of vehicle attitude in vehicle road test.
