家庭教育联合技能训练对社区精神分裂症患者康复效果探讨

目的:探讨家庭教育联合技能训练对社区精神分裂症患者康复效果。方法:选取本社区100例精神分裂症患者,作为研究对象,记录数据以评估患者在实施家庭教育联合技能训练之前的服药依从性、病情状态以及生存质量。对患者实施家庭教育联合技能训练之后,同样记录数据,评估患者的服药依从性、和生存质量,通过对比实施服药依从性、和生存质量前后,分析家庭教育联合技能训练对社区精神分裂症患者康复效果。结果:实施家庭教育联合技能训练前,患者的服药依从性(患者的规律服药25.00%,间断服药36.00%,偶尔服药28.00%,未服药11.00%)明显低于实施家庭教育联合技能训练后(规律服药55.00%,间断服药28.00%,偶尔服药7.00%,未服药0%)患者的服药依从性;实施家庭教育联合技能后的社会功能((69.83±20.06)分)优于于实施前(社会功能(96.13±31.49)分),t=7.044;组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对社区精神分裂症患者,要促进患者尽快康复,实施家庭教育联合技能训练,有利于提升患者的服药依从性,提高患者的生存能力。
Objective: To investigate the family education combined with skills training rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients. Methods: 100 cases of schizophrenia in this community, asan object of study, to assess the patient data record in implementing family skills training combined with education before medication compliance, disease status and quality of life. After the patientimplement family education combined with skills training, the same data is recorded to assess medication compliance, disease status and quality of life of patients, before and by comparative examplesmedication compliance, disease status and quality of life, analysis of family education combined with skills training for community spirit rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia. Results: Beforethe implementation of the joint family education skills training, patient medication compliance(25.00% of patients with regular medication, intermittent medication 36.00%, 28.00% and occasionallymedication, not taking 11.00%) was significantly lower than that after the implementation of family education combined with skills training(regular medication 55.00 %, intermittent medication 28.00%, 7.00% and occasionally medication, medication is not 0%) of patients with medication compliance; implementation of family education combined with social skills after the function((69.83 ± 20.06) points) than before the implementation of the(social function(96.13 ± 31.49) points), t = 7.044; comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: For patientswith schizophrenia community, to promote the rehabilitation of patients as soon as possible, the implementation of family education combined with skills training, will help improve patient medicationcompliance, improve the patient's condition and improve the quality of life of patients.
