混合仿真技术在整车怠速振动预测中的应用

摘要
本文主要阐述了车辆怠速振动的预测方法。以车型开发为依托,运用混合仿真技术,结合试验数据和仿真模型搭建了怠速振动预测的混合仿真模型。求解得到车辆怠速时车内振动响应,并与实测值进行对比,对比情况比较理想,充分验证了混合仿真模型的准确性,为后期运用混合仿真技术预测整车其他NVH性能奠定了基础。
A method of forecasting models idling vibrationhas been described.Based on vehicle development,and using hybrid simulation technology,the hybrid model was built combined with experimental data and simulation models,which would be used to predict vehicle idling vibration response of the car.The simulation results were compared with the measured values.The benchmarking results were ideal,which fully verified the accuracy of the hybrid simulation model.Hybrid simulation technology would be usedto predict vehicleother NVH performance.
