微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折中的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的:研究微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折中的临床疗效。方法:本次研究选取的研究对象为2015年1月~2016年1月期间在我院进行治疗的四肢骨折患者,将80例患者简单随机分为2组,40例四肢骨折患者为一组。其中,一组患者实施切开复位内固定手术治疗(对照组),另一组采用微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定手术治疗(观察组)。对比两组四肢骨折患者的手术时间、术后出血量、住院时间、骨愈合时间、临床总有效率以及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组四肢骨折患者的手术时间、术后出血量、住院时间、骨愈合时间、临床总有效率和术后并发症发生率与对照组患者相比更具优势(P<0.05)。结论:四肢骨折患者进行微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定手术有利于骨折愈合质量的提高,临床应用价值高。
Objective: To study the minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate fixation for treatment of fracture in clinical efficacy. Methods: The study subjects wereselected limb fracture patients in January 2015 ~ January 2016 in our hospital for treatment, 80 patients were randomly divided into two simple groups, 40 cases of limb fracture patients as a group. Among them, a group of patients embodiment ORIF surgery(control group), another group of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate fixation treatment(observation group). Compared two groups of patients with limb fractures operative time, blood loss, hospital stay, bone healing time, clinical total efficiency and incidence of postoperative complications. Results: The limb fractures were operative time, blood loss, hospital stay, bone healing time, the total clinical efficiency and postoperative complication rate compared with the control group of patients anadvantage(P <0.05). Conclusion: Patients with limb fractures minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression fixation for fracture healing in favor of improving the quality of high clinicalvalue in the plate.
