脑出血患者微创术后超早期功能锻炼临床研究

摘要
目的:观察超早期功能锻炼在脑出血微创术后患者中的临床应用效果。方法:选取从2015年1月到2015年8月我院收治的脑出血行微创手术的患者共40例,利用随机数字法将患者平均分为观察组和对照组,两组各纳入患者20例,对照组患者给予常规功能锻炼,观察组患者给予超早期功能锻炼,比较两组患者术后治疗效果及手术前后神经功能缺损情况。结果:①观察组患者的临床有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组患者的80.0%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②手术前两组患者神经功能缺损评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术后1周及2周观察组患者的评分显著低于对照组患者,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于脑出血微创手术患者,实行超早期功能锻炼,有助于提高离床治疗效果,改善术后患者神经功能缺损情况,临床值得推广。
Objective:to observe the super early functional exercise in patients with cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive surgery in the clinical application effect.Methods:from January 2015 to August 2015,our hospital bleeding in the brain of a total of 40 patients with minimally invasive surgery,using the method of random Numbers to patients were divided into observation group and control group on average,20 patients with each into two group,control group patients give regular exercise,observation group patients give super early functional exercise,compared two groups of patients with postoperative nerve function defect before and after operation and treatment effect.Results:(1) the observation group of patients with clinical effective rate was 95.0%,significantly higher than the control group 80.0%of the patients,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05):(2) two groups of patients before surgery neural function defect scale has no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),1 week and 2 weeks after the operation,observation group of patients with score was significantly lower than the control group patients,differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:for patients with cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive surgery,a super early functional exercise,helps to improve the effect of treatment from the bed,improve neural function in patients with postoperative defect situation,clinical worth extending.
