PLB复合微生物技术在污染河湖修复中的应用

摘要
生活污染和养殖污染是城市内湖、河道主要的污染来源,也是引起湖泊富营养化和河道水质恶化的主要原因。一般来说,在生态并未完全破坏,水生生物尚存的截污或者截污不彻底的水体中,污染物的浓度较高,适宜用复合微生物技术进行快速水质整治。本文利用PLB微生物修复技术对南京九龙湖进行生态综合治理,使湖水水质从之前的劣V提升到地表水IV类,且夏季未爆发蓝藻。经过3个月的治理,COD从原初的72.034 mg/L降低至16mg/L,氨氮从12.719 mg/L降低至0.378mg/L,总磷从2.902mg/L降低至0.174mg/L,治理后的湖泊藻类控制良好。本文实践结果对城市市区内未截污湖泊的生物修复提供一个良好的范本,值得大力推广应用。
