心理素质内隐理论研究

近30年来,心理素质研究越来越受到学术界的重视,相关研究成果为教育行政部门提供了重要决策依据,已在国内外产生了积极影响。然而,文献分析发现,心理素质的概念和结构等基本理论问题迄今未能达成共识。在心理学研究中,内隐理论研究方法对于一些众说纷纭的探索课题,可以依据其研究结果大致框定研究的突破口和大致范围,从而便于外显理论研究的开展和建立。该研究范式已在智力、创造性等研究领域得到成功地运用。本研究采用内隐理论的研究方法,以中学生心理素质为研究主题,以中学生、中学教师、心理与教育专家为调查对象,系统探讨了上述调查对象心目中的心理素质內隐观。主要得到以下结论:1.心理素质典型特征涉及面广泛,主要涉及认知、个性和适应性等方面,与权威的外显理论观点相似,也与心理素质内隐观的相关研究观点相似,但在广度、深度和具体项目的典型性和重要性上还存在差异。2.调查对象心目中的心理素质內隐观由7个维度构成:乐群、耐挫、创新、聪慧、自律、沉稳、进取。3.学生、教师、专家在高心理素质的典型特征提名、典型特性重要性评定、典型特征重要性评定的一致性上均存在差异。4.文献计量分析表明,张大均等人的心理素质理论是公认的最权威的心理素质外显理论,经对比分析,本研究的心理素质內隐观与其主要观点基本一致,均包括认知、个性和适应性三个基本方面,只是在具体的成分划分和命名上存在差异。
In the past 30 years, the Psychological Suzhi research get more and more attention of the academia, the related research results provides an important decision basis for the education administrative department, and has had a postitive impact at home and abroad. However, literature analysis found that many questions of psychological suzhi basic theory such as conception and structure have so far failed to reach a consensus.In study of psychology, implicit theory research method can be used in some divergent views of explore topics, based on the research results we can framing the breach and approximate range of the study, is facilitated for the study of explicit theory. This research paradigm has been used in intelligence and creativity areas successfully. The method of this study is implicit theory research method, research topic is middle school student's mental quality and the research subjects are middle school students, middle school teachers and experts of education and psychology. Explore systematically implicit view of psychological suzhi on middle school students. The basic findings of the present study are: 1. Typical characters of high psychological suzhi from students, teachers and experts are wide ranging which include cognition, personality and adaption. The result of this study is similar to the view of explicit theory and the point of implicit view on psychological suzhi. But still have differences in breadth, depth, typical and important of specific projects. 2. There are seven dimensions of student's implicit view on psychological suzhi: enjoy company, anti-frustration, intelligence, progression. 3. According to the comparison of students, teachers and experts on high psychological suzhi of middle school students, there are differences among the content of typical characters, the important of typical characters and the consistency of importance on typical characters.4.The results of bibliometric analysis indicate that Dajun Zhang's explicit theory on psychological suzhi is more authoritative, systemic and scientific. In conformity with Dajun Zhang's explicit theory on psychological suzhi except specific components division and naming, implicit view on psychological suzhi in this study include cognition, personality and adaption.
