多元文化背景下民族地区青少年与社会和谐的心理结构及特征

青少年是民族地区的希望和未来,加强身心健康青少年的培养,是民族地区社会主义建设后继有人、促进民族地区社会和谐的重要保证。这项研究立足于民族地区多元文化相融的时代背景,对民族地区青少年与社会和谐的心理结构进行探讨,并编制民族地区青少年与社会和谐心理问卷对901名贵州民族地区青少年与社会和谐心理的现状进行了调查。结果表明:(1)民族地区青少年与社会和谐的心理结构包括"角色接纳、学习适应、关系和谐、规则认同"四个方面,编制的青少年月社会和谐心理问卷具有良好的信效度;(2)所调查大部分贵州民族地区青少年与社会和谐的心理处于比较理想的状态;但仍有一部分民族地区的青少年得分过低,其与社会和谐心理发展的状态及结构相对不均衡;(3)贵州民族地区青少年与社会和谐的心理受性别、年级、民族、家庭结构、家庭经济状况的影响,而其居住环境、是否独生子女、父母受教育程度对其与社会和谐的心理影响不大。父亲积极的教养方式如情感温暖、理解更利于建立贵州民族地区青少年与社会和谐的心理,而其消极的教养方式如拒绝、否认不利于贵州民族地区青少年形成与社会和谐的心理;母亲积极的教养方式如情感温暖、理解也更利于建立贵州民族地区青少年与社会和谐的心理,而其消极的教养方式如拒绝、否认同样不利于贵州民族地区青少年形成与社会和谐的心理。
Youth is the hope and future in ethnic minority areas. The cultivation of healthy adolescents both in body and mind is very important to promote the socialist construction and harmonious society in national regions. Based on the background of multi-cultural compatibility, the research explored the structure of harmony between adolescents and the society in the Ethnic minority areas, developed a questionnaire of harmony between adolescents and the society in the Ethnic minority areas and 901 adolescents were invited to complete the questionnaire. Results showed:(1)the psychological construction of harmony between adolescents and the society in the Ethnic minority areas includes four factors: roles accepted, learning adaptability, harmonious relationship, rules approving. The questionnaire has good validity and reliability.(2) The majority of teenagers had good psychological condition of social harmony;but But there are some adolescents' psychological harmony with society still in a low level. Their states and structures of development in psychological harmony are relatively unbalanced(.3)Gender, grade, nationality, family structure and family economic conditions affected the psychological harmony between adolescents in Ethnic Areas of Guizhou and society. But some factors like living environments, whether the one-child or not, parents' educational degree have no correlation with the psychological harmony between adolescents in Ethnic Areas of Guizhou and society. The positive parental rearing styles, such as warmth and understanding are more conducive to establish psychological harmony between adolescents and society. But on the contrary, negative rearing styles such as rejection, denial are not conducive to this.
