用于痕量样品分析的夹层喷雾离子源

摘要
本文提出一种方便操作的用于现场快速质谱分析的夹层喷雾离子源。其中,用两片不吸水的夹片夹住液体样品,形成三明治结构。通过给样品施加高电压,在夹片尖端形成喷雾。与玻璃管纳喷离子源相比,取样过程在开放式的条件下进行操作,更为方便,而喷雾过程仍然保持在半封闭的条件下进行,得到相对稳定的离子化过程。与基于多孔材料的喷雾方法相比,可以使用非常痕量的液体样品(<2μL)不用稀释直接产生长时间喷雾,保证了样品相对较高的原始浓度和本质特性。同时,该方法减小了基质对样品分析结果的影响,能够提高分析灵敏度。实验证明了夹层喷雾可用于多种化合物分析,包括治疗药物、多肽和蛋白质等。对伊马替尼的定量标定在低至50ppb范围都具有良好的线性度。此外,夹层喷雾还可利用"擦拭-喷雾"的方式,对各种表面残留的痕量样品进行高灵敏度检测,可用于快速筛查违禁物品。夹层喷雾结合质谱分析,为现场检测提供了很有发展前景的方法。
Interlayer spray consists of two slices of non-absorbent slices holding liquid sample is proposed as a convenient ionization source for direct analysis by mass spectrometry.The sampling procedure can be operated easily in an open condition and the spray is processed in a semi-enclosed condition,which leads to a relatively stable process.An ultralow amount of the liquid sample can be analyzed without dilution.Less influence from the substrate is achieved which results in a sensitivity enhancement.It is demonstrated that the interlayer spray is applicable for the analysis of various compounds and good linearity can be obtained in the quantitative analysis for imatinib.It's also capable of identifying the chemical residuals on surfaces by the "wipe-spray" method,which is useful for the fast screening of illicit substances.Interlayer spray working with mass spectrometry provides a promising method for direct analysis in an ambient environment.
